Return Policy

At Walkease, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Conditions for Return
To be accepted, the product must:
• Be in its original packaging, without signs of use or damage.
• Be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt.
• Be accompanied by all accessories.
2. How to Request a Return
If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at contact@walkease.shop, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions for returning the product.
- The product must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Shipping Costs
• Return due to defect or our mistake: If the product is defective or was sent incorrectly, the return shipping cost will be covered by Walkease.
• Return due to change of mind or exchange: If the return is for a change of mind or selection of another product, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be processed as follows:
• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The refund process will take up to 15 days after the return is confirmed.
• The refunded amount will be the total paid for the product, excluding shipping costs, if applicable.
5. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for another, the process is similar to that of a return. Contact our customer service team, and they will provide the proper instructions for the exchange.
6. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products on sale or with discounts.
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
7. Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the return can be made within the legal timeframe, as per the Consumer Protection Code. In this case, the customer can choose between a refund or the shipping of a new product.
